We have the most flexibility with our Circle J Designed games, as we manufacture, stock, and ship these games ourselves. We strive to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for our games, and are willing to do our best to help you have a good experience with Circle J Games.

To request a refund or replacement no matter what the circumstances or time frame, please fill out this form. We will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss your specific circumstance and how we can resolve the issue to your satisfaction. As much detail as possible is appreciated, as this helps us recognize and correct any problems for future customers.

In the case of defective products or packaging, please include pictures of both whenever possible, so that we can improve our shipping materials and options wherever needed.

Full refunds are usually guaranteed if the product is unopened and undamaged and is returned within 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will discuss your specific circumstances and do our best to resolve the issue in your favor and to your complete satisfaction.

We reserve the right to arbitrate refund, replacement, and return requests at our discretion.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

Other Publishers’ Games:

We hope to bring families and individuals a curated selection of great board and card games that will help bring joy into their lives. With a limited capacity for storing inventory as a small company, we typically work out contracts with other publishers to distribute their games to our customers, while paying them a percentage of each game’s MSRP to store and ship the game when orders come through. Because of this, we rarely hold inventory of other publishers’ games, and have little control over shipping methods, timing, or returns, which limits our ability to ensure prompt shipping and some other services.

However, we are still committed to bring our customers a consistent exceptional Circle J experience no matter the product, and we strive for the same 100% satisfaction with games we sell from every publisher.
